Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, close to many attractions like downtown, Stanley Park, and Granville Island. The rooms were kind of small and had a weird setup, but the service across the entire staff was attentive and beyond polite. The dining offered good options but lacked gluten-free choices. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel in Yaletown, Vancouver. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the heart of everything, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit special. However, the noise levels at night could be bothersome, especially during the weekends.
The hotel offers rooms with nice downtown views but at high rates. While the rooms were small and had a weird setup, they featured a wonderful gas fireplace and access to the garden part of their high-end travel program we booked through. The service was top-notch, very accommodating, and helpful without being overbearing. The location is superb, central to many activities and within walking distance to downtown, Stanley Park, and Granville Island. The dining options were convenient and tasty, with several excellent restaurants nearby. However, the price may not align with the room size and setup, and the rates could be a bit high for what is offered.
The hotel in Yaletown, Vancouver, is ideally located in the heart of a vibrant restaurant neighborhood and offers exceptional service from the valet, concierge, and front desk staff. The room was equipped with bath gowns and a large umbrella, though it was not ready at check-in time. The location couldn't be more convenient, with easy access to transportation and top dining options, while the dining experience at La Pentola could be improved. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, providing a peaceful night's sleep. However, I had to bring my own toothbrush and paste. The service was beyond exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and professional experience. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by shops and restaurants and conveniently across from the train stop. The dining experience was delightful, with quick and tasty options available. Overall, a superb stay.
What a fabulous stay! The rooms are so Kool with bright colors and all the amenities you could need. The service is top-notch with friendly staff always ready to help. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a vibrant area with lots of dining options. The dining experience is fantastic, and the facilities are great for a relaxing stay. Definitely value for money!
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms had many lights on during the night, making it a bit challenging to adjust to the time change from EST, but the interior design was amazing, and the 180-degree views were breathtaking. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the large bed was a lifesaver for combating jet lag.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious and clean, giving off a luxury apartment vibe with funky color schemes. The location was superb, right in the heart of trendy Yaletown with easy access to public transport. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. The dining experience was excellent, and the hotel facilities were impressive. Expect a bit of noise from nearby clubs at night, but overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel offers lovely, nicely modern and comfortable rooms and great service. It is absolutely gorgeous and huge, with friendly staff who go above and beyond. The location is perfect in Yaletown, central to seawall walks and plenty of good restaurants and bars. The dining options, while convenient, could have more healthy choices. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent features and a few minor areas for improvement.
Staying at this hotel felt like being in a luxury apartment with colorful, clean rooms, though a bit noisy in the afternoons. The service was beyond accommodating and made me feel like I was coming home. The location is unbeatable, right across from the subway station, with fantastic restaurants nearby. The dining experience was of good quality but with a limited menu choice. Overall, a great stay with minor noise disturbances.
The hotel is centrally located in the vibrant Yaletown neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms are beautifully presented and spacious, providing everything we needed. The service was exceptional, going the extra mile to assist with transportation and activities. However, the dining options were a bit weak, and improvements are needed in this area.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to the Sky Train station and a variety of fantastic restaurants nearby. The dining experience was pleasant, with several excellent restaurants just a short walk away.
